I was on the local Board of Directors and also the International Audit Committee of the Nonviolent Peaceforce. They had a tag line that said, "What to say 'Yes' to when you say 'No' to war".
But also, "What's the solution? Encourage more rationalists to give money to organizations that counter the repressive, Fundamentalist organizations and do so myself."
Good point Bruce. Faith motivates a lot of good in the world.
